When you create an account we collect your email address, business name, and the platform credentials you connect (Google, Facebook, Instagram). We also collect review and message data from these platforms to display in your inbox.
We use your information solely to provide the ReplyKite service — aggregating reviews, generating AI-drafted replies, and sending alert notifications. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
All data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.
We integrate with Google Business Profile API, Meta Graph API (Facebook & Instagram), Stripe for payments, Clerk for authentication, and Anthropic for AI reply generation. Each service has its own privacy policy.
Google API Limited Use Disclosure: ReplyKite's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing replykite@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
