1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReplyKite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ReplyKite provides a unified inbox for managing reviews and messages from Google, Facebook, and Instagram, with AI-assisted reply drafting and email alert notifications.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

After your 14-day free trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-drafted replies are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is sent to your customers. ReplyKite is not liable for the content of AI-generated replies.

6. Limitation of Liability

ReplyKite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
